If not precisely controlled, this creates a weak point that can fail under high-pressure refrigerant cycles. Our CNC-controlled bending process ensures that the wall thickness at the outer curve remains well within the safety margins required by ASME and EN standards, while maintaining a perfectly circular cross-section for unobstructed fluid flow.

Every Jingliang Copper U-Bend undergoes "Precision End-Processing," including deburring and sizing, to ensure a perfect fit into the tube sheet or header. We also offer "Internal Cleaning" to R-grade refrigeration standards, removing all traces of oils and metallic dust that could clog expansion valves or contaminate the refrigerant.
