At Zhejiang Jingliang, our U-Bends are manufactured using high-purity C12200 phosphorus-deoxidized copper, ensuring maximum thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. The critical challenge in producing a U-bend is "Wall Thinning" and "Ovality." When a straight tube is bent 180 degrees, the outer radius naturally thins while the inner radius thickens. If not precisely controlled, this creates a weak point that can fail under high-pressure refrigerant cycles. Our CNC-controlled bending process ensures that the wall thickness at the outer curve remains well within the safety margins required by ASME and EN standards, while maintaining a perfectly circular cross-section for unobstructed fluid flow.

Every Jingliang Copper U-Bend undergoes "Precision End-Processing," including deburring and sizing, to ensure a perfect fit into the tube sheet or header. We also offer "Internal Cleaning" to R-grade refrigeration standards, removing all traces of oils and metallic dust that could clog expansion valves or contaminate the refrigerant. For applications involving high-vibration environments, such as automotive AC or industrial chillers, we provide "Solution Annealed" bends. This heat treatment restores the ductility lost during the bending process, preventing work-hardening and ensuring the joint can withstand millions of thermal expansion cycles.
