The manufacturing process for our straight tubes involves high-precision drawing through tungsten carbide dies, followed by eddy-current testing to detect any surface or internal flaws. We offer straight tubes in Type K, L, and M wall thicknesses, as well as specialized ACR and Medical Gas grades. Our straight tubes feature a bright, clean exterior and an equally pure interior, achieved through vacuum annealing where necessary. For industrial applications, these tubes can also be supplied in "Half-Hard" temper, which provides a middle ground—retaining enough rigidity for straight runs while allowing for limited machine-bending. Safe Handling and Bulk Shipping

Straight tubes are bundled with heavy-duty plastic or metal strapping. To prevent bending or surface scratching during international transit, bundles are often placed in "Steel Cradles" or custom wooden boxes. We offer 20GP and 40HQ container loading, with 5.8m lengths being optimal for 20ft containers. Payment is typically T/T or L/C. We provide all necessary export documentation, including Certificate of Origin and SGS inspection reports if required. Our logistics team ensures that the pipes are protected from the salty sea air with VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) packaging, so they arrive at your site in pristine condition, ready for installation or retail display.

  • A: No, hard-drawn tubes will likely kink or crack if bent without being annealed (heated). For applications requiring bending, we recommend our soft coils or half-hard tubes.
