Level Wound Coil (LWC) Logistics

This allows for continuous feeding into high-speed "Hairpin" bending machines. Each coil is wrapped in a protective stretch film and a cardboard sleeve. Payment is 30% T/T and 70% L/C or T/T. Shipping is via 20ft or 40ft containers from Ningbo. We use "Silica Gel Desiccants" in every container to prevent moisture buildup during sea transit, which could cause internal oxidation. For large coil manufacturers, we offer "Technical Support" to help optimize the expansion and bending parameters for our specific groove geometries, ensuring zero defect rates on your production line.
