Cupro-Nickel 70/30, or C71500, is the "heavy-duty" sibling of the 90/10 alloy. By increasing the nickel content to 30%, this alloy achieves significantly higher mechanical strength and even greater resistance to high-velocity seawater erosion. At Zhejiang Jingliang, our 70/30 CuNi is engineered for the most aggressive industrial environments, such as "High-Pressure Condensers" and "High-Temperature Brine Heaters" in desalination plants. The higher nickel content makes the alloy more "Noble," meaning it has an even lower corrosion rate in high-temperature seawater and is more resistant to "Sand Erosion"—a critical factor for desalination intakes in desert regions. While it is more expensive than 90/10 due to the nickel content, its "Toughness" makes it the preferred choice for nuclear submarines and high-speed naval vessels where failure is not an option.

Our C71500 pipes undergo "Homogenizing Heat Treatment" to ensure the alloying elements are perfectly dispersed. This prevents localized "Galvanic Cells" from forming within the metal, which could lead to pitting. In high-velocity fluid systems, 70/30 can safely handle velocities up to 4.5 meters per second (m/s), whereas 90/10 is typically capped at 3.5 m/s. This allows for even more "Compact Heat Exchanger Designs." Despite its increased hardness, Jingliang's 70/30 maintains excellent "Cold-Workability," allowing for the tight "U-Bends" required in modern boiler and condenser architectures.
